Breaking the habit or two.

Breaking a couple of bad habits is what I did this week which is probably why you see me blogging so much this month not to mention about breaking them and how important it is to do so. I decided to quit drinking sodas and quit smoking cigarettes. As both of these are bad for my health and teeth.

If there is one thing I am very proud of in this life are my teeth and smile. I get my complements from my smile than I do any other part of my body or soul, lol. So what did i do to quit these two bad habits, nothing other than just made up my mind to quit using both it is really just that simple. I did not need any gum or substitute just the right mind set.
